Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 Business Days.
According to order status, it will be classified as
- If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order right away and give you a 100% full refund.
- If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.

First step to do is to check the tracking code that we send you by email to know where your item is. Please note that items on PENDING status mean that shipping label have been printed but the item haven’t been dropped off at the postal office yet (which in some cases might take up to 3 days, depending on the traffic we’re having on the site).
If you feel that your item is taking too long to be delivered, please contact us, we will be more than happy to solve your issue and let you Know when to expect the item, or in worst case send you a refund.
