Delivery
Orders will be processed within 48 working hours. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
Returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just contact us and we’ll take you through the process.
Once we have received your parcel, we will do our absolute best to process this as soon as possible.
Tracking
We offer you the ability to track your order right through our site. All you require is your order number and email.
To track your order click here or follow these steps:
- Log in to your Prisoner.wtf account
- Navigate to your order
- Click on the individual item's tracking number and you should be routed to it's corresponding tracking package
Your order is shipped once our warehouse has packaged it and sent it to the courier. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Some delivery service require up to 3 business days for your tracking number to resolve. Should it not resolve by then, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate this issue.
Orders
Please contact us within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number!
If the order has been paid but not shipped out, we can cancel the order right away. For canceled orders, we have a 10% transaction fee. If the order has been shipped out, it cannot be canceled.

We provide a range of secure payment options, including major credit and debit cards like Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We also support digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, along with flexible buy-now-pay-later options through Klarna.
